Veteran's Day Program

Thursday, November 10th

• Presentation of the Colors by the Hartford American Legion

• Star Spangled Banner by Mrs. Meirose and the second grade students

• Pledge of Allegiance - everyone

• Hartford Legion Auxiliary presentation of $250 to Hartford Elementary - THANK YOU!!!!

• "See the Veterans" Song performed by Mrs. Brockmueller's and Mr. Bahrenfuss' first grade classes

• Guest Speaker, Mr. Richard May, First Sergeant, Retired, United States Army - Grandparent to Molly, Claire, and Paige Kaiser all students at Hartford Elementary

• "America the Beautiful" was sung by Mrs. Kemink's second grade class.

• "Veteran's Day" poem by Cheryl Dyson and performed by Ms. Johnson's and Ms. Kemink's second Grade classes.

• Presented Poppies to the Veterans by Ms. Johnson's and and Ms. Kemink's second Grade classes.

• "God Bless America" sung and signed by Mrs. Wolles' and Mrs. Cole's kindergarten classes

• Retiring of the Colors by the Hartford American Legion A big thank you to the "A" and "B" classrooms for decorating the gym!!!
