Nurse’s Notes…

I wanted to take time to make everyone aware that the district will NOT be hosting a flu shot clinic this year. We have been fortunate enough through the years to receive the influenza vaccine at no cost through the State of South Dakota. Unfortunately, the State will no longer will be providing the vaccine at no cost. You may still receive the vaccine through your physician’s office and they will bill your insurance. I highly encourage you to get yourself and family immunized. The influenza vaccine was highly effective last year and the number of cases statewide and in our school district were low compared to the previous year.
